Compare and contrast vector graphics and pixel images. 

Vector graphics use curves and lines to produce an image while pixel images contain tiny dots, called pixels, to form the image. They both produce an image in different ways. Furthermore, vector graphics can scale more easily but pixel images are supported by the web.

What resolution is necessary to display raster images on the internet?

72dpi
